IR? nice. IR really works to one's advantage especially in landscape and scenery pictures and immediately, you get points for that in vision and originality, used in this section!

However there are a few things that probably didn't sit very well with this picture. First, the fountain seems quite odd to me, even though the low shutter would eventually cause such an effect. It seems out of place, like a blur mass of water that didn't fit in the serenity of the picture.
Secondly, the slow shutter inevitably caused the trees to blur out while when it had shaken in the wind. Would it have been better then, to have captured it at a faster speed than applying the filter?
Last of all, I believe this picture seems rather dim. It seems like an isolated case, so perhaps you could review this on your histogram to check if you've got your overall exposure right?

Still, it is a beautiful picture that others should cherish because of the art and effort put into this

That is a beautiful image.
To the critic before me. Your comment about the water fountain, I would tend to agree with you, however, I get the same impression with the water, as a whole. For me, I've had a challenge with liking any image

For me, I've always had a challenge with liking any low shutter water. I think the reflection in the water would have looked better if it wasn't so blurred and you could see the light highlights in the water.. just a personal preference.
Love it though!

Stunning. It's absolutely stunning. I love everything about this, thought I do think I'd like a tighter crop where that one dark tree on the left didn't exist and we got in a bit closer to that wonderful texture.

In photoshop - or any program that can mix the individual colour channels - you want to select the red channel in the channel mixer and set 'red' 0 and 'blue' to 100. Select the Blue channel and select 'red' set it to 100 and set 'blue' to 0.

I actually made a photoshop action I can upload as a deviation.
