Shortcut Key: Shift+F5 (modifiable)
Generic Overview: Creates two Adjustment layers inside a layer group; Channel Swap & Levels.
PhotoShop Version: CS3 (I'm sure it'd work on any CS version)
Notes:To get the look I achieved in "The Cotton Candy Tree" you'll need to heavy post processing; this varies from photo to photo so it's impossible to place in an action. All you have to really do is mess with the blue & red adjustments, particularly the contrast.

To install, drag this to the actions folder inside presets of your Adobe Photoshop Install.
